As a Charlotte County Florida native, I grew up on the waters of Charlotte Harbor. My family loves to celebrate and revel in the beauty of our amazing estuary.  Water has always been at the center of our lives, our pulse if you will.  Our favorite ways to spend time together as a family are boating, paddling, and camping. My husband and I are fortunate that our two, now adult, daughters have also chosen to call this place home.  Now we get to share all of this with our grandchildren and hopefully you as well. 

I had been working as an eco-tour guide for six years before deciding to branch out on my own.  I have a B.S. in Environmental Studies, and I am also a certified Florida Master Naturalist. My environmental science education along with my lifetime of experience in these waters will provide you an unforgettable and informative adventure. I am constantly working to improve my skills and ensure the safest experience for my customers. I am a certified Paddle Fit coach as well as certified in First Aid and CPR. Here at Florida Girl, we keep our fleet clean and well maintained to insure a pleasant paddling experience. No leaky boats or stinky life jackets here!

I love being able to share this beautiful place with my customers.  My goal is that each of my customers comes to love some part their experience on the water with me.  What better way to protect what you love than by sharing that love with others?
